Used to be a really great place to eat and would get food fast about a month ago i ordered a bigger order they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half i call them when 2 hours hit and they didn't even have half of my order started they said they were really busy. 4 hours later they were finally on their way they said they were sorry and were going to have their manager contact me when they got in the next day. Never got a call extremely disappointed will never be eating here again.
Called 10 times , half hour before they close but no one answered the call and when I went up dere 10 min before they close they said they not taking any orders.very bad costumer service .
I've ordered pizza a few times and I must say the service is horrible. I just ordered a pizza that is supposed to come with 2 ranches, and then paid for 4 extra. When the delivery girl gets here, there's no ranch at all. She goes back and comes again with 4 ranches. I'm not entirely sure how I feel with paying for items I don't receive other than angry and upset. I'll try to find other options before even considering the Pizza Factory again.
I ordered delivery 2 hrs and 25 mins ago and still no pizza at my house. I'm fed up with this place. People have been talking alot about what should be coming to silver springs....bring a pizza place that doesn't take this long to get your food.
