This place is terrible. The staff messes up almost everything, and they don't communicate to you about it after the fact. They just take your money, and make you come back over and over again. I regret making this my primary location. Go to a different urgent care, these people have no clue how to run their bussiness. Sad.
It says walk in clinic but three times now I have walked in because my kids were sick and again today my son can't talk and has blisters in his mouth I was told oh sorry we have no appointments and the Dr is going to lunch Ya cause it would take so long to look at his throat and call us an antibiotic in this place is a joke and so is the staff but we get to go wait 4 hours in another urgent care I think I will us banner health from now on .
The front desk staff have been very rude. Although my physician at this location seems knowledgeable I believe they are way understaffed. I went nearly a week without receiving an approval for a refill of needed medication. I will not be returning to this office.
