My husband and I are know as regulars there but since wrking the weekend shift we r not there as much as before. We noticed they are slowly replacing the older machine with the bigger all digital slots that take more to play and we are not happy with that but it is what it is.

My mom an I frequently visit and spend many hours not to mention the money we spend, until last night! Never have I ever been treated so badly by an employee, and the way she snapped at my mother! Wow! So thanks to Shirley Garcia, this casino has lost 2 great customers and tippers...We will travel to Dayton from now on! Cannot believe this employee actually tried accusing me of lying, raising her voice with me and snapping at my mother, so we cashed out our winnings and left immediately! Just think she would of been tipped over 20$ for that cashout, not to mention all our other cash outs! Very very bad customer service! It will take a lot in order for us to ever return to silver springs nugget...
